Community

Community is not an audience.

It is a network of relationships in which people contribute to one another's lives. That takes building, and it is being built now.

Individual effort has limits. People need places where they are known, useful, challenged, supported, and expected to participate.

Community is not an audience, a contact list, or a collection of followers. It is a network of relationships in which people contribute to one another's lives, which means membership costs something and that cost is the point.

Keep Saying Yes explores how adults find community, create it, and remain part of it.

Being honest about the stage

There is no forum, no membership and no events calendar yet, because there are no listeners yet. Season One has to exist first. The email list is the real thing that exists today, and everyone on it hears about what gets built next before it opens.
