What this site is
Keep Saying Yes is a podcast and a set of written material about building the capacity for a larger life. It is commentary and general discussion, published by Chris Greer Press LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.
It is not professional advice
Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no listener relationship creates a professional one. Episodes discuss physical capacity, work, money, and relationships in general terms; decisions about your own health, finances, or legal situation belong with a professional who knows your circumstances.
Where an episode covers exercise or physical capacity, that material is coaching-level discussion rather than clinical guidance. If something hurts, or you feel dizzy or unwell, stop and seek care.
Content you send us
When you submit a listener story you confirm it is yours to share and that it is true as you have told it. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to read and consider it, and nothing is published, quoted, or read on the show unless you separately agree after we contact you.
Please do not send confidential information, or details about other people that they would not want shared.

The episodes, written material, framework, and branding on this site belong to Chris Greer Press LLC. You are welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link. Republishing whole pieces, or using the material to train a commercial model, requires written permission.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove material as the show develops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them belongs in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and Chris Greer Press LLC each agree to that venue.
