Will Your Body Let You Keep Saying Yes?
Some of what you want to keep saying yes to makes a claim on your body. The question is what that claim actually is, and whether the body is really what is standing in the way.
Say you want to be the number-one salesperson in your region. Chris follows what that yes actually costs: the stamina for the trip, the recovery after it, and what is left for the people at home. The same reserve drains in places that never look physical, like a day of back-to-back video calls, or a decision that still has to be right at six-thirty.
The episode asks what a yes really needs from your body, from a first game of pickleball with friends to a trip, a grandchild on the floor, and the quiet work of maintenance. Then it asks the harder question: when something starts to feel out of reach, does the problem live in your body, in the conditions around it, or somewhere else on the Capacity Map?
It ends practically. Building capacity does not take a complicated program. A little consistent work goes a long way, and the hardest session is the first one.
What this episode asks of you
Pick one thing you want your body available for. Ask what it actually requires, and whether the friction lives in your body or in the conditions around it.
